Overgrown willows trees on the border at the Queen Emmas Dyke. Trees are obstructing the lights and looking leaves which then clogs up the drains. Customer would like them to be cut back.

We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely maintainable by the Town Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01993 704 379
Many thanks for your enquiry.
