Please could the team also investigate the similarly blocked drain outside 38 Upper High Street. Neither of these two drains are able to cope with the run-off of heavy rain from Nelson St and the water on Upper High Street.

I note this was scheduled to be fixed on 3rd December 2018, and yet nothing has happened.
I have attached pictures to show how it is currently.
I will state here that I have expensive musical equipment in my basement, and if it gets ruined due to your negligence for not having fixed a problem that you were alerted to 16 months ago, I will be forced to sue you for the replacement.
Please just get this fixed.
Thank you.

And the run-off simply flows down Upper High Street to the next drain outside the dentist's premises (corner of Nelson Street and Upper High Street) which requires investigation as it cannot cope with the volume of water. This was also reported in December 2018.
