2nd Street light not working
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 21:41, Thu 29 November 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
There are now 2 lights not working in this area, you still haven't acknowledged my first report! This is now a health and safety issue, it is very dark on both sides of the road and as I reported before there are elderly and special needs living nearby, as well as school children walking to and from school in the dark. I urge you to get these 2 lights fixed ASAP

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

Ref: 348626 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
