There are no street lights down Southpark Avenue for a week.

  • Many thanks for sending this through i will raise as an emergency fault to assess, If it turns out to be a cable fault - In much the same way as a typical household, Oxfordshire County Council is responsible only for the street light, but not for the electrical infrastructure outside of its own asset, the cabling serving street lights is provided and maintained by the Local District Network Operator (LDNO), which for this region is Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN). These are outside of the local authority control and subject to a separate regulatory framework overseen by ofgem.

    The aim of the LDNO is to typically repair cable faults within 20 working days, where possible
