Signs unable to be seen from Oxford road

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 10:23, Tue 27 November 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

There's a lack of signs for St Thomas More school. Visitors are often unaware where the school is and that they have to come in the slip road at West Kidlington Primary school in order to access the school. The signs that we do have our often mistaken as signs for the St Thomas More Church. For the safety of the children at St Thomas More, it is paramount that there are more/better signs that there is a primary school. Although there is a triangular school sign, it is hidden by the barbers/row of shops - if this sign could be moved so drivers can see from the slip/main road.

When exiting the school, there is also a blind corner where a near-miss occurred due to a driver not being able to see someone on a mobility scooter travelling on the footpath.

We would also like all white writing on the road near the school, to be re-done so it's more visible.
