Street light on path between Morton Ave & Oxford Rd not on

The path connecting Morton Avenue and Oxford Road (running up to West Kidlington County Primary School) has a number of street lights along it. The one closest to Morton Avenue has not been working for a long time. I'm not sure how long exactly but I have noticed it for the past 6 months at least. It makes it pitch black and feels very unsafe walking down there in evening.
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
