Overgrowth still growing into street and on street surface
Reported in the Report a tree problem category anonymously at 14:41, Fri 23 November 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
The overgrowth is still edging into the street, this problem was reported in spring 2018 and the council have recently (November) come to cut the trees - they have cut a few branches and not completed the job.
- Tree overgrowth is still growing into the street from the entry to Fisher close ALL THE WAY up to the bridle path, dangerous to those crossing the street as it blocks the view - Road has plants, grass etc growing on the surface due to a build up of soil, damaging road surface
If the task could be fully completed as a matter of safety it would be appreciated.

No communication regarding a cleanup since submission, this comes following the first submission at the start of 2018 which was closed without resolution.

Still open, via questionnaire -
A sweeper has come to clean some of the soil off the road, but only when prompted by one of the residents speaking to a street cleaner near to fisher close, Part of the problem has been resolved but there is still a mass of overgrowth into the street. Hoping we can see this resolved soon.
Best.

I do not accept that.
This was originally submitted during the summer displaying the full extent of the overgrowth, the current photos do not seem as extreme as it was winter with less foliage.
It does not mean that the basic maintenance of our road should be ignored.
The overgrowth causes the road to be unsafe due to obstruction of vision making it unsafe to cross, the roads to crack and reduces parking areas.
I will keep resubmitting until it is done.
