Bollard preventing vehicle access broken and laid down

Advised whilst at Foundry Street (which leads onto Warwick Road) that this bollard has been broken since the Summer. People have at times 'stood it up' which has caused near misses with young children who have then touched it.

Can you please fix or remove as a priority. Removing will allow vehicle access which is what they are there to prevent.

  • Very nearly ran over by a car making deliveries from the nearby take away using the gap to drive from Foundry Street and cross the Warwick Road into Bath Road. Very dangerous!
