Further to your response 22 Nov 18. Enq 18819504. Please note it should not be classed as a "Gully cleaning" solution? It relates to a Newly surfaced section of road. Can you please review and refer to the previously provided information below on this issue:- Golby Rd Junction Barford Road OX15 4GX. Council Ref:864234. Please see attached photographs that show that the Whole Area of the newly surfaced carriageway is actually "Holding" water? Reported anonymously at 11:23, Sunday 24 June 2018 Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later Very large puddle on carriageway adjacent to Lamp column 9 extends nearly to the white centre line road markings during heavy rain and this large puddle area is on the new section of carriageway that was resurfaced during December 2017 by a Road Surfacing Contractor who could be working on behalf of a Developer under a Section 278 agreement with Oxfordshire County Council because of an alteration to an existing junction?
Anybody walking on the footpath could get a good soaking on a wet day by a passing car.
