Japanese knotweed

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 14:31, Thu 22 November 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

The stand of Japanese knotweed is still here and the edge closest to the road was cut earlier this year. If this was done by strimming, there is a danger that it will have been spread, illegally. Has a programme of herbicide treatment been implemented?
