Severely blocked drains

Good afternoon, the drains on South Quay were cleared by the Council in the summer & thank you for actioning them. Unfortunately two were missed at the top of the Close although other drains less than 20 metres away in the road were cleaned out. South Quay is used by the public to access the marina park and river fields adjacent and Oxfordshire County Council has an 'interest' in the road. We all pay Council Tax and we'd be grateful if these two drains were also cleared. Your help with this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks

Good morning. I have Thames Water here today and one of the chaps worked with Oxfordshire Highways and remembers coming to South Quay, and clearing the drains for us on South Quay. As Highways had the other drains last cleared in the summer, please may we have the final two cleared. Thank you for your help
