  • Ref: 347381 Thank you for your report, this is a duplicate of a report/telephone call already logged on our management system for attendance and we will therefore close this fix my street report. Faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • As Parish Chairman of Wootton, I would have expected this to be fixed as soon as possible. It is after all on the bend in this road !

  • Thank you for your report, we have recently awarded a new contract and our contractor will be carrying out emergencies only (as per previous contractor) for the time being but will then be carrying out all of the outstanding faults as soon as possible

  • It has not yet been fixed as of 19:02 hours today Monday, the 14th of January. I will be putting a notice on the lamppost to let other people know that it has already been reported and the date it was reported. I don’t understand why it can’t be fixed. Please be so good as to let me know why it can’t be fixed. Then at the next meeting of the Wootton Parish Council I can raise the matter.

  • Thank you for your update, our contractor is still attending to emergencies in the first instance, however due to the length of time the unit has been out and the location I will request they prioritise this job. Thank you

  • Not at all happy at the amount of time it took to get it fixed. If I wanted a flashing light outside my bedroom window, I would have been a lighthouse keeper !
