  • This problem has been reported every winter for the past two or three years but nothing is ever done. The footpath is dangerous in the dark because the light is obstructed and virtually impassable in bad weather. My picture was taken in the middle of the summer.

  • As this problem has been reported annually it would be nice to know why it is continually ignored. Is it someone else's responsibility for example?
