Street light outside 7 Rawlinson Road hasn't worked for 3-4 days

The bulb must have gone, and it's very dark in that section of the street.

Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

I can clarify the problem better after observing it over a few days:
The light tends to work in the evening (though the bulb is often the last in the road to switch itself on at night). However, by early morning it has gone off, leaving the surrounding area in the dark. It was off, for example at 3 a.m. this morning
