Ref: 348106 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Still not fixed. There has already been an accident at this stretch of road. There has also been a burglary at the adjacent property. This is a critical street light as it lights the dangerous exit from Elms Park onto the busy road.

The sirte is monitored and apologies in the delays with this repair, we have recently changed contractors, this has caused a backlog of repairs during the mobilisation period, from thsi motnh we are hoping we can clear what we have outstanding, apologies again for the inconvenience with this outage

We can only apologise this has not yet been repaired, we have requested our contractor prioritise and therefore should attend shortly to repair
