Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Column cut off, stump remaining, adjacent to 34-50 Cornish road. Second column is outside 61 Cornish road, lamp not on for at least 2 months. We are on a bus route with elderly residents present so would appreciate a response ASAP please.
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Thank you for your report regarding the hit/missing column. We have the lighting column on a list of replacements to be programmed as soon as we can. Due to only having an interim contractor at present works can take a little longer to be completed but we can assure you this is on the replacement list.

On scheme to be carried means nothing, we need to have action at this time of year. By the way, council tax payments are on list to action, if I missed 6 month payment you would attack me with court summons. Now that's an idea!
