Street light (S1) has NOT been repaired outside 3-5 Waterford Road, Witney

The streetlight (S1) outside 3–5 Waterford Road, Witney OX28 1GD - IS NOT FIXED despite receiving an email yesterday to say it had been. My elderly mother, cannot see her path to her door. This problem was first reported on 13 September 2018, this is not acceptable.
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Thank you for your report, can you please confirm the unit number you are referring to using the attached map, this is to ensure we are attending the correct unit as we have been attending unit 2. Kind regards Karen

The map you have added is not the correct area of Waterford Road. I think the faulty street light is labelled S1 - it sits outside the residences of 3 and 5 Waterford Road - please see pin drop on my image above

OCC - can you please supply another reference map -expand out the top left quarter ... here is a photo of the lamp - near the large oak tree, outside the residence of number 3 and Number 5 waterford Road

Ref: 348083 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
