Ref: 1460834/348063 Thank you for your report, this is a duplicate of a report/telephone call already logged on our management system for attendance and we will therefore close this fix my street report. Faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The fact the light at the crossing point is out v/nearly caused me to fall face first onto footpath after catching toe on Kirby just beyond drop in kirb on our way out at 5.30pm, It was only the fact I was arm in arm with girlfriend that jarring her shoulder stopped my fall. Fix light!!

Thank you for your update, I am sorry to hear that you nearly fell over. I have requested our contractor attend as a priority to repair due to the length of time the unit being out and the accident. Thank you

Ref:00353556 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
