Updates

  • Ref: 347941 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • Street light still not working one month after reporting. Not very impressed with the "24hr service" !!

  • Sorry in the delay with the repair, emergencies such as road traffic collisons are carried out within 24 hours. All other faults are logged and carried out as soon as we can. We must apologise for the current county wide backlog in repairs, we have just changed contractor with the transition only allowing major emergencies to be rectified first with all repairs to follow very shortly
