Very recent resurfacing edge has covered an important drain

An important drain on the Heyford Road out of Somerton - the first hill rising out of the village - is located about half way up the hill on the left. In heavy rain it takes a great deal of water. The good works your men were doing a few days ago to fix the road edges has covered the drain up. Presumably the grit was laid over leaves and tar on top. It has completely disappeared but you must have scale drawings which would enable you to find and clear it. It's important it is cleared and restored. Many thanks.
