Severe dip in road southbound where the Thames Water iron work has sunk below road surface,southbound cars are swerving into northbound carriage way to avoid the dip

Traffic is still going into the opposite carriage way to avoid this dip in the road, also the rainwater forms a puddle and pedestrians are getting splashed when vehicles do go through the dip. The iron work in this dip is at least 3 inches below road surface.
