Street lights 9 and 10 out / Not working!!! Have been out for months ... and reported this before . You sent me and email saying contractor says it’s too close to power lines ... see pictures . They are not that close ,,, other wise Why have they been installed their for many years since Ladygrove built !!!

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Unfortunately what we have advised is correct, the overhead power lines are too close to enable the lantern to be attended to safely, also health and safety will not allow this to occur. We are trying to find a resolution to this issue.
