3 inch deep hole on kerbside
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:59, Tue 6 November 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
This pothole was not obvious having been filled with leaves. I was crossing it on my bicycle and my front wheel went in it, quite slowly, stuck right there and threw me over the handlebars. My face was first part of me to hit the tarmac, thanks helmet! Thanks also to two nice men doing a bin collection who stopped to ask if they could help :)

It's still there. Attached pics with tape measure, depth 5 or 6 cm. If you read my report again you will note I did not see it yesterday as it was full of leaves. Guess what, on a wet autumnal day it was again full, this time with water and a covering of leaves, but EXACTLY where I told you it was!! I have painted it white to help you find it, but of course the rain may remove that. An unnecessary 10 mile round trip by car because you appear to think an imaginary hole made me fall off my bike and collect nasty facial injuries. Had you done more than a cursory look and moved some leaves you could not fail to find it. Why do we pay Council Tax?? I have more pictures but this site does not permit me to upload more than. If you go to where the path from the families club meets the road opposite the entrance to Duxford close you will find it. So please fix it before somebody else comes to grief. And maybe apologise?? I really do not know what more I can do to help you locate it unless you take me to the location itself.
