  • Ref: 347686 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • Still not working,even though I was told engineers said it works

  • Thank you for your report, this is still an open fault awaiting specialist equipment to attend. Our contractor is aware of the issue but yet to attend, they will do so as soon as possible.

  • Street light needs to be sorted. It is still not working. Has worked on and off for about 6 days since november
