Street Light not working

Its now getting pretty ridiculous . There are so many lights not working in this area . We now have lights No 12 & 13 not working along with all the others previously reported. These are on the walkway between Lindsay Drive and Brode Close

Ref: 347682 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

These lights are still not working despite being reported 6 weeks ago. The street lights are situated on a footpath used by lots of people & it is very dark & dangerous. Please provide an update as I fear winter will be over before it is sorted.

Thank you for your report, this is an open fault on our management system, we have recently appointed a new term time contractor who is currently in the process of attending and repairing the outstanding faults left from the transition from the previous contractor. They are working on an area based approach and will attend as soon as possible.
