Highway surface breaking up due to water leak.

This issue has been ongoing for many months and reported many times. Thames Water do not have it listed as an issue on their web site and nothing has been done. The Highway department needs to take urgent action before the winter proper sets in and the road becomes a sheet of ice. Any accident that occurs will be the fault of the County Council highways department for lack of effective action. This is being forwarded to our county Councillor.
