Lights out on headington road bollards number 1b..2b

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Many thanks for your report, apologies for the confusion, the bollards on headington road 1B and 2B are non illuminated, the bollards athe mouth of morrell avenue 1b and 2b are illuminated, looking at the pin i believe it is these 2 and will raise a fault accordingly, apologies and thank you for the report

  • Many thanks for the report and sorry these are still out of light. I have attached a map as i want to ensure we are looking at the right ones. Somne of these on our system are non illuminated. Can we just check we are sending the team to the right ones on the map provided, appreciate any help

  • It's on headington road bollards 1 to 6 are out ..now these did light up before so cant understand why your system is saying non,,,,bollard number 4 was light up but now has gone off like the rest...may be i would gesture that they should be checked out to see if non or working lights...

  • Many thanks for sending this through, there are some reflective only bollards in this section , this is likely due to the existing being hit , but you are right that some of these have failed that should lighti up, i will make sure we send a team to the coreect ones, thanks for the help
