Oxfordshire county council closed this stating: "This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council and will be passed to the relevant organisation." So, who IS the relevant organisation it's been passed to?

I cycle that way regularly and its now becoming difficult to pass other path users at that point. Why is it not maintained? The bushes are not on the residents property so it MUST be the council responsibility. Further along from this overgrown bush is another shrubbery which is lethal as there are huge brambles growing out of it at head height. Last year it grew ‘a mile a minute’ and folks were hacking lumps off it every few days to avoid being scratched by it or worse.
