This was eventually deemed a defect after several reports, and marked with spray paint, along with several other long term defects that have been ignored, it has been so long since it was marked, that the paint has worn away, when will it be repaired?!

  • This new 'copy and paste' response shows that the reports are not read properly or taken seriously. This has already been deemed a defect, as it was marked with white paint for repair, therefore should be 'on the system to be fixed.' Can someone please confirm that it is actually on the system, and is actioned for repair, and can any form of time frame be given, as the paint on all of the other marked defects will have worn away too before anyone comes out to fix them? The response given above seems to imply once again that it is not deemed a defect and will be 'monitored' until it does become classed as a defect by the Council.
