There are some streetlights that need fixing along the path by the church in between high street and howbery farm. This is a very dark path and not safe if not lit. Please can they be fixed.

As above. This is a dark path. The lights do not work. They have not worked for quite some time. Now it’s dark earlier. They need fixing please. The one in the trees works but is obscured by the trees.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The lights that are not working are numbers 12 and 14. Number 12 is right on the top right edge of this map. Number 14 is off this map. I have checked the numbers of the posts and they correspond.

Ref: 347468 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The marker is in the wrong place, but it is light 14 that has been reported many times as burnt out on the footpath near the church - only the light spilling from the Old Rectory's conservatory gives any light here. This needs to be replaced urgently with an LED.
