• Ref: 347376 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

• Over a month of this street light not working, still not fixed!!!! Not good in the dark winter months - fix it now

• Thank you for your report, our contractor has attended site and found this to be a component that requires to be ordered. As soon as this arrives into stock we will be able to attend and repair

• Dear Santa Please can you fix my street light as it has been broken for over 6 weeks and I don’t like the dark. If you could drop the missing part off to WODC they might be able to help you. I hope you can find my house if it’s not fixed. Hopefully see you on the 25th Love from Ruby age 6
