Light failing to light up :)
Ref: 347376 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Over a month of this street light not working, still not fixed!!!! Not good in the dark winter months - fix it now

Thank you for your report, our contractor has attended site and found this to be a component that requires to be ordered. As soon as this arrives into stock we will be able to attend and repair

Dear Santa Please can you fix my street light as it has been broken for over 6 weeks and I don’t like the dark. If you could drop the missing part off to WODC they might be able to help you. I hope you can find my house if it’s not fixed. Hopefully see you on the 25th Love from Ruby age 6
