Further narrowing of cycle track, vegetation and mud/leaves covering - getting more dangerous

Referring to https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1192022 which was closed with absolutely no action at all. This area of the A40 southern side cycle path has *further* narrowed over the summer due to vegetation encroachment onto (and along cracks in) the path. Further to this, mud and leaf mulch is now making the path treacherous at a point where cyclists need to swerve around the bollard/end of the crash barrier.
This needs sorting out, especially with the change in clocks rapidly approaching meaning many will be commuting over this point in the dark.

Despite being "high priority" nothing has changed here in the last 3 mnths. To give an idea of the deterioration, ad the "gap" cyclists have to aim for, see the attached camera capture.
A slight wheel wrong here (wet surface, mud, grass, etc!) and a cyclist is either into the barrier, or down the embankment to the south of the path.
