Ref: 347142 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Both of these units were attended to on the 15 January and left working, we have not received further updates until this report. As these are still out of light I have requested our contractor re-attend to repair (Ref: 350314/350315) Thank you

Light number 2 was fixed on 6th feb, but light number 1 still not. This is really important as there is often broken glass on the floor in that area and it is a health and safety risk to ride or walk through it in darkness.

Why has this been changed to fixed?????? It isn’t and never had been. I can only assume you keep stating it is fixed because it looks bad on your data to have 1 street light left unfixed for so long?!

Thank you for your report. According to our reports, units 1 and 2 on this road have been fixed. Using the attached map, please can you confirm that these are the units that are out, and if so, please attach photos as evidence. If these are not the units in question, please confirm which ones are, to enable us to get them fixed.

Hello, Thank you for attaching the layout, i think i have spotted something that has caused confusion. The lamppost you have labelled as no 1 does not have a legible number on it so i did not know that as no 1. That is because there is another lamppost labelled no 1 on Birch Grove, just round the corner in line with numbers 2 and 3 (just past house no. 5). Please see attached your drawing that i have added a cross to to show you where, as well as a photo with the light out.

Ref: 00355732 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
