Street lighting not working for about 10 days and still no updates since - we have no light outside our house

Ref: 346940 (column no 27) Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

It has been more than two months and the issue has not been fixed! this is outside of 79 ravencroft, our street is pitch black!

Ref: 348669 Thank you for your report, we have attended site and found that specialist equipment is required to fix the issue due to the units location, we will attend to this as soon as resources allow.
