Overgrown Thorn Hedge limiting street access

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 23:47, Thu 11 October 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

Large overgrown thorn hedge completely blocking the grass footpath, causing vehicles to park in the road. This restricts the main access point into Bushy Close, causing delivery and refuse vehicles to have to drive on the opposite grass footpath, causing a deep rut which has been steadily worsening during 2018, forcing pedestrians into the road in wet weather. The hedge/bush also drops fruit which is being squashed into the road, encouraging vermin to nest underneath. As the hedge is largely overgrown and is entirely un-necessary it should be removed, with both footpaths either restored, or the road widened to allow parking and improved access. Thank you.
