Two street lights not working in the evening

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
There are 2 street lights not working, one opposite the junction between Laurel Crescent and Main Street the other one by the Mandhill Close bus stop in the direction of Millbrook Square. I noticed this at 21:00 in the evening and realised that the whole area is pitch black and could be unsafe for anyone waiting for a bus or crossing the road.
