2 street lights not working. But the one outside number 20 needs a privacy shade fitting as it’s right outside our bedroom window. The lamp is number 17. Also the lamp opposite has failed too.

Ref: 346832 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach. We have requested our inspector contact you re fitting of a shade and if this is a viable option. Can you please provide contact details. Thank you

Contact details are the same as on this report, already provided. I did make an error the street light that requires a bulb and shade is #18 and the other is #19.

Our inspector has attended site and found that the shield has been painted in the same manner as others in the surrounding area. Therefore unfortunately there nothing further we can do at the current time as we have shaded as requested which is not standard to do so.
