Mis aligned blue cycle destination sign misaligned

Blue sign in middle of photo is mis aligned. From the destinations siged on the sign, the sign should be visible by/pointing towards cycles coming from the left in the photo, and not visible from where there photo was taken, so needs turning round by 90 degrees
