Ref: 346629 and 346630 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The light illuminating the Traffic Light sign close by to 168a is always burning continuously. Two other lights are "Burners" One on the immediate approach to the slip road onto the Driftway on the Eastern By-Pass. Very close to the retail park and Costa Drive through. And finally the lamp on the Old Road Bridge that crosses the Eastern by pass is a burner also. Apologies for not having the numbers. Thanks, James

Ref: Thank you for your report; unfortunately we are only able to attend structural and electrical emergencies as a priority at the current time. All our electricity supply are un-metered therefore whether it is operational or not we will be paying the same amount for the consumed. Obviously we do like to get these repaired to save energy, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach
