This pothole has grown to more than 12inches round, spraying a white line round it did not fix the hole, this has been unresolved for at least a month.

There is now a huge hole which is going to cause some serious damage to a vehicle. If a motorcycle hits this hole it will could kill the rider!!!

This pothole (now crater) is getting worse. If a motor cyclist hits it they will have a serious accident. Drawing a white line around it does not resolve ths problem.

Pothole 3ftx3ft 4-5 inches deep Hit on Friday 19th 8.40 pm Hard to see at night. Caused a bulge in drivers front tyre which I have been advised by garage needs replacing. Whilst taking photos Saturday morning in light another car sub stained a blow out on tyre , who’s details I have.

With regard to the post above timed at 10:34 Saturday 20 Oct, I am the motorist referred to with the blowout on the front offside tyre. Alloy wheel also sustained damage in same incident. The crater is clearly a failed repair of previous damage, as indicated by the evidence of overbanding around the perimeter of the failure. Claim form to cover cost of replacement tyre and wheel repair to follow. Photo and video evidence obtained but will not post here as it has already been submitted by previous posters.

I hit this in the dark tonight and it made an almighty bang. Will need to check the wheel in the light. This hole covers the majority of the carriageway and would be difficult to avoid even if you knew it was there! Seriously dangerous and has been there for a month according to reports above.

I couldn’t stop to take a picture of the gaping hole this morning, it’s lightly worse now than the picture above. However, on inspection it has buckled my wheel which will either need to be replaced (circa £1000) or repaired (if possible, this is a Maserati wheel!).
