Bollards

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 7 minutes later

White bollards appeared on the grass verge. Customer would like to know who had install the bollards. Customer said one of the bollard was rolling on the road, and customer is concerned about the safety because of the bollards.
