I thought I would let you have another go at this one as reported here - https://fixmystreet.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ report/ 1403608

Can you explain why you won't fix what is a dangerous problem.

If the same impact was felt in a car you would not only get insurance claims for damaged suspension you may also receive claims for personal injury.

The reason you have not had either so far from me is that I have been able to take evasive action. Why not just fix it? You know about it now and have done for a long time.

If you still won't please give a convincing explanation as to why not.
