Looking more and more unstable. Given that this is the dividing wall between the pavement/footpath bridge over the river and the road Im surprised it hasn't been addressed more speedily in fact almost immediately. Any proms or children crossing the river in danger of the top of the parapet collapsing on them from the merest vibration or air blast of a vehicle passing by.
