Surface Water Grating loose after recent works were done on the A415 Frilford Road. MOP of complaining very noisy and unable to sleep at night. Location: Its just opposite 22 White Hart Cottage.

Pleae can you provide an update/repair asap. 2 residents have now registered this on 21 Sept and 4 October. It needs urgent attention as quality of life in the adjacent homes is being seriously affected. Thanks.
