Tree needs cutting as is touching the electrical lines

There is a tree (between 4-5) at the top of our street Nizewell Head Steeple Aston, which has a tree preservation order on it, but is at times especially in the wind touching the electric line, as we are not able to cut it I am emailing to see if you can send someone who can.
