Removal of bollards

The bollards have recently been removed from the bottom of Swinbrook Road leading onto Swinbrook Park. My understanding is these bollards have been removed due to emergency services not being able to access Swinbrook Park - please could you advise when the correct bollards will be installed with key access for emergency services? Since the removal of these bollards the traffic has greatly increased with Shillbrook Avenue being used as a through road. The access from Shillbrook Avenue onto Swinbrook Road is dangerous already due to the parked cars on that junction, meaning you need to be on the wrong side of the road to pull out onto Swinbrook Road. Add that in with the increased traffic and the speed in which cars are driven on Swinbrook Road is an accident waiting to happen. With the correct bollards in place the emergency services will be able to gain access to Swinbrook park giving reassurance to the residents but also then reducing the number of cars on Swinbrook Road and Shillbrook Avenue reducing chances of accidents.
