Tree branches

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 20 hours, 26 minutes later

On the footpath that goes from Peachcroft road towards Ginge Close, where the street light unit number 5 is, there are branches that knocked down the lenses. Request to trim the tree.

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • As advised street lighting will attend to replace the cover of the light and may be able to trim the branches of the tree dependant on the severity of the issue
