Outside 46 Cherry Tree Close Southmoor -Overhanging bushes and tree branches overhanging and ivy encroaching underneath making it very difficult to walk on the pavement

Thank you for reporting this issue. I can confirm that this is private vegetation and the resident has been issued with a letter requesting it be cut back.
