Yesterday in the rain I hit a pot hole in the Launton Road in Stratton Audley, which was not visible because of rain water on the road. It was a bad clunk and after arriving home I discovered that the front passenger side tyre was completely deflated as a result of small gash on the side wall. The tyre (which was only three months old) had to be replaced and I intend to claim the cost of the new tyre whihc was £72.42. Could someone please tell me how to go about this.
